Hot sauce has always been a delightful quest for me. At farmer's markets, while others searched for fruits and veggies, I hunted for the perfect homemade pickles and hot sauce. Despite finding some excellent options, I always yearned for that ultimate sauce—smooth, smoky, and packed with flavor that hits first before the heat ignites. 

With that dream in mind, I dedicated nine months to perfecting my craft, experimenting with a blend of flavors and focusing on seasonal options. The result? A hot sauce that encapsulates everything I sought and more. 

As a former high school and college athlete, I thrive on challenges and excitement. Entering the world of hot sauce brought out my competitive spirit; it’s a chance to create something truly remarkable and unforgettable. My goal is to stand shoulder to shoulder with the outstanding craft brands that inspire me while bringing a unique twist to the table.
